​All items are delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard delivery time to US destinations may sometimes be slightly delayed due to weather, holidays and peak seasons. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Products are processed in 2-5 business days and may sometimes be shipped from different ​warehouses therefore some items from one order may be shipped at separate times. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Please check all merchandise as soon as possible when received. Strategic Health & Wellness Solutions must be notified of returns within 7 business days of receipt of order. Items must be in new condition and unworn with original tags and packaging with SKU label. All swimsuits, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, food and health and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use our online contact us form if you need to return an item or if you have questions about your order. You will be emailed a return authorization number which must be included with the return, and we will email you where to mail your return. Send return back within 5 business days. Please note, the return may be declined if above criteria are not met.
